Art Quest School of Fine Art

The Art Program With A Creative Difference!

Art Quest School of Fine Art’s Kindergarten through Twelfth grade yearly art curriculum for children, youth, and young adults provides a comprehensive art literacy that serves them well not just at the drawing table or easel, but in school and on into adulthood.

In the same way you teach science, math and reading, we teach core art skills. Our comprehensive program dispels the myths that art is a talent a child has or doesn't have and that only some people are creative.

We view drawing as an important fundamental skill of visual art, and as a teachable skill that any child can and should learn; whether they wish to sculpt, create pottery, paint or design buildings.  Students participate in guided lessons that include the production of art, art criticism, aesthetics, creativity, and art history and they are encouraged to explore ideas freely while building skills through a variety of media, tools and techniques.

We know that true creativity comes forth when mastery of core skills is combined with original thought and application, and we have a passion to dramatically increase abilities in the arts for our students.  “Art Quest’s” college preparatory program gives students the tools, confidence and ability to create truly unique and personal forms of art and to continue participating in the arts, as they become young adults and move toward the college environment.
